Easy to use & effective but I have privacy concerns especially after reading the privacy statement.

I can say that this app is becoming more of my go to source for paying people. The only downside was that when paying my brother through this format multiple times. A security flag came up in his side to verify his identity. That’s fine but I asked my brother to return the funds since google needed 48 hours and I had to get him cash fast (which is why I use gp). right away I get a message from google money was being returned by my brother. A week later still no credit back to My account. Needs to be much faster when returning money.

Loved google pay. Used it all the time to send money. Now the app won’t log me in, tells me I have no internet etc. what did you do???

I would NOT recommend this app because it is not the best app to get! I have sent money by mistake and somehow the claimed they sent the refund back to my bank! My bank sent me a letter and told me in person that they never received any kind of payment within Google. Therefore, I called Google to get this issue resolved! And it was NOT successful. They kept making up stories and lies about they did sent the refund and but my bank says otherwise. Then hung up on me after trying to three way with my bank. Yeah! You stole my money, lied about it, and then hung up on my after stating the refund was NEVER received! Don’t download this app! Best recommendation I would suggest is Zelle!!
