As a small business owner, I’m pulled in all directions continuously. I barely have time to think at times. This app puts amazingly relevant data at my fingertips. I could easily view and gain better understanding of how customers find me. I could also add pictures and posts. All in a matter of minutes, which is about all I have.

Google isn't as intuitive as yelp for both users and business owners but seems to be "the next yelp" as I seem to have a flood of new customers accessing my store info through google as opposed to yelp. Once you get the hang of the setup it’s fairly easy. I love the ability to send notes to customers and post temporary info such as new items that people can see. It’s overall a great tool
