Super easy network config and account management

Dalaxies

Very simple and user friendly UI, everything I need at a glance and I don't even need to be on the network to make changes it!

Great app to manage your Google fiber account and network.

Accessibility

Fire and ice 25

I love this app because it's very accessible with voiceover. I can easily pay my bill, change my account settings, and update any information that needs to be updated as necessary with this app. As a visually impaired user, accessibility is very important to me, and it's nice to know that Google Fiber caters to each of their customers individual needs. Thank you Google Fiber for making such an accessible app that allows visually impaired customers to maintain and conduct their business with you.

Simple.

PlainWhiteRice

No frills or advanced features like most Google products we use, but can be refreshing as long as you know what you get going into it

The best feature is the Restart function - the Google network box is the weakest link in Google's lousy internet service - we have to reboot our service at least daily if we want Internet. Google's been unable to correct the problem, so this app is handy for restarting the network box with Google's continual Internet service failures and when the TV boxes freeze. Didn't have this capability with TWC/Spectrum, but then again, they could provision reliable Internet service.

Great App

Love the app. Easy to use and love the ability to make payments and reset the box if needed.

Fiber is the best

TXEddie

The app is good, if a little basic. But the service generally rocks. It slows down sometimes, but that's just how the Internet rolls. Most of the time Fiber is rock-solid. Too bad they've stopped (or slowed) rollout to other cities.
