Great app, but bad new logo

The updated resolution was definitely needed, but changing the logo was unnecessary, and even detrimental. The color scheme makes the app looks like it's updating, and the logo looks more like AT&T than an actual photo of earth.

After 3 years, it comes at a whole new level of presentation! It even supports iPad Pro! Thanks so much, Google, for making this app so awesome!!!

Minor fixes for data format errors and the unwieldy interface where rotation would spin out of control. Google's dev team let Google Earth for iPhone wither. Let's hope Google demonstrates concern for its users.
Crashes after 5+ minutes of street view...

Definitely a decent update, but I'm finding that after a few minutes of street view or browsing the app crashes. Not sure if this is a bug or what, but it is incredibly annoying.

App updated on May 4th. Now street view is missing. This has happened more than once in previous updates. Poor quality control for such an otherwise good app.
