Helpful app

Kamkiller45

It's a great way to turn in essays u do on Google drive and makes it easier for teachers to grade our work

Good to use but slow

Cmatt4R

Very useful but is very slow than most apps hoping for that to be improved but I use it for school

Assignments not showing up

A friendly pirate in the north

When my teacher posts something it sometimes doesn't show up. I have to uninstall and reinstall it every time it happens. Please fix it.

Good app

ea2040

I'm using it currently for math but I'm going to add more classes but for my one class it's good and if I forget to put done on my homework I can just open the app and do it. It is very helpful for me and it can be improved in the later updates.

Good app, but glitchy

Naaaaaaattttteeeee

I really like how I can grade the student work easier. Especially with the iPad being able to circle and edit rubrics is very helpful. But online entering the actual grade is glitchy half the time I cannot enter the grade for the student and have to do them on the computer. I prefer using the iPad to grade but with this glitch it's not helping.

Hope to replace our LMS

Our school recently switched from Angel to Blackboard. I could not stand Angel and was not too hopeful about Blackboard. Thankfully, Google Classroom was offered as a trial. I love that my students and I can access it completely from our mobile devices. I used it for two entirely online Humanities: Music classes this summer (using EdPuzzle for quizzes and FlipGrid for video discussion board assignments). I now use it for all of my traditional classroom classes (music theory, music education technology, flute and double reed methods, and applied flute lessons) and have successfully transitioned to a paperless classroom. (If I do want students to complete handwritten work, I simply have them take a picture of it and submit. No more lost assignments and easy sharing of files with students and other professors.) The newest update allows you to mark up homework with a stylus. If you access Classroom with a desktop, then you can easily export grades to a Google Sheets gradebook. (I choose not to use this feature. It's easier for me to use Gradebook Pro and the split screen on my iPad Pro.)

Revolutionizing grading and simplifying my grading life!

Stargirly75

I am on the couch grading beautiful student work without straining my neck and my head writing down feedback feedback. It's easy to use and I love it! Wish list-- comments to use for grading-- like we can customize them so we are not typing grades over and over-- for now it's better than writing them all with pen though-- especially for a hs English teacher

A life giver!

I love using this app in my classroom and having it available on my phone grading papers checking the status of how a student is coming along with a project all in one location is awesome
