All this app wants is money. I’ve used lots of different reading apps and so far, this one is the most expensive for purchasing coins. I don’t mind paying for good work and interesting stories to support authors. Not in the slightest. However, I’m already 16$ into a book that doesn’t seem to be ending anytime soon and I’m about to run out of coins again! Even Kindle books are cheaper than this app and that’s Amazon (greedy money munchers). Seriously, once I’ve used all my coins I will be deleting this app.These books are interesting but NOT worth the price it will end up costing to ready all the chapters. For example: the first book that popped up on my screen called Her Cold-Blooded Alpha says it’s completed and has 135 chapters. To purchase all the chapters it says I will need 4661 coins. 1000 coins is 9.99$… that’s almost 50$ for an e-book with questionable editing. Y’all, that’s a college textbook! This is obviously without taking the daily coins you can win into account but idk if that even helps you finish a book in a timely fashion.

I’ve been addicted to these books since I downloaded this app. I will say this though I don’t like the fact that I have to buy coin In order to read or listen to the books. I think they should have subscription of it so that way we can return the books and audiobooks.

Sure like a lot of other people, I wish it was a little more affordable. The books and authors on this app are phenomenal though, so I just keep handing over my money! ?

I downloaded the app, found a book I’m really into. I paid $30 to keep it going but all of a sudden the book I was reading stopped loading it was just a blank page & the app started to crash & force close. I had to delete the app & download it again but this time all my points I purchased aren’t showing up so now I can’t even finish my book or anything. This app is horrible & a huge waste of money. DO NOT GET THIS APP AT ALL.

The stories are just “okay”. This app has a lot stories with very bad grammar and poorly translated, written by amateur authors. Those issues make it hard to read and harder to Willingly pay for expensive stories that are carelessly written. There isn’t enough ways to earn coins and it takes months to read a book for free with coin bonuses. Easy to lose interest. I significantly prefer the apps that have a yearly subscription with unlimited access. I use them and avoid this app because it’s just too expensive. I won’t pay $50 US dollars for a story. And yet it happens here with some of these stories here. They claim to “wish to provide affordable novels and their fees pay the authors as well as the app”, but I don’t believe that any novel should be as expensive as they are on this app. I can purchase a traditional hard cover printed book for $25 USD or less. There’s no reason to pay upwards of that for an online story. Just way too expensive on this app. Especially when their app competitors such as Galatea offers an unlimited yearly subscription at a fair price. They also offer novels by real published authors. And stories are much better written and proof read.

Much like others readers i was brought here by facebook. Looking for a good eread i thought “why not” well let me tell you why! First off you have to pay for chapters several times just to finish on book. I couldn’t help but wonder why not just let us purchase the book instead? The end all now i found a “book” id like to read and every time i try to open it, the whole app freezes. I tried to update i tried deleting and installing it again, nothing works. Only reason i kept the app this long was to use the coins I had left.. This is now the third story i have found and had this happen. The first i was 80% done with the second 62% and the third stopped working after two chapters. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

Great stories but cost ?

I have started so many stories but the amount of chapters in each book + how much coins each chapter cost + the chapters are extremely short + the errors = doesn’t make sense to invest in the stories. There are some great starts but even when I spent $10 to buy coins it wasn’t enough to read one book. If you are patient and slowly collect coins you could read one book a year.

First of all they convert Chinese stories into English with fictional American names but with ‘C’ rated Chinese story lines. 3 page chapters, regular misspelled words, missing words, deviation from story with consistent mistakes and characters changing titles with no explanation. A cousin is a cousin and a sister is a sister, cant be a cousin in one paragraph then a sister in the next. Money in these stories make no sense, priced as if it’s yen but explained as dollars. There should be flat rate to read a story but these guys drag things out. 17% into a book is 300 chapters, are kidding me? Run on story much with no rhyme or reason. You just lost a customer and I will go out of my way to spread the word about your horrible business model. You should be ashamed of yourself, a book on your site would cost hundreds of dollars to read. Shame on us consumers for getting tricked and shame on you A-holes for ripping people off. Hopefully you get kicked off of he App Store.
