With GoodID you can easily capture your ID cards and you are also able to identify yourself for different service providers (banks, telecommunication companies, public utilities, etc.) while you can also sign documents electronically. Amongst your ID cards you can manage loyalty cards and save digital tickets.
GoodID is also a multifactor authentication tool, if you see and click „Sign with GoodID” on a website or in a 3rd party app, you can easily log in to these websites in a secure way. Comparing it to other social login tools GoodID is zero knowledge, which means that you handle all your data in your phone, GoodID never knows about it.
Super safe
GoodID is produced by the team that who had also developed the chip of eSzemélyi (new type of electronic identity card in Hungary), the Japanese passport and Romanian health card as well. GoodID complies with the highest military security standards (Common Criteria), and with international quality assurance system (ISO). GoodID also meets the requirements of audited electronic means of communication or recommended by the Hungarian National Bank.
The company that operates GoodID doesn’t learn any data about your identity cards nor your personal data. These data are stored directly in your phone’s secure storage (GoodID SecureBox technology). When a service provider requests your personal data, your identity cards or selfie, GoodID connects the parties and transfers data directly to the service provider in a secure channel.
