I downloaded the app but get a connection error. It tells me I need to connect to the internet but yet it finds a dealer just fine. Please fix

I had no problem connecting to my Ipad. My husband had a little trouble on his iphone but we fixed it easily and got him online too! These little videos are just great for questions about these hi-tech machines.

Installation is buggy, but once installed it's like having the owner's manual for your Porsche in your pocket. I have installed this app on my iphone and on my iPad. In both instances I got an error message say something about needing to connect to the internet or unable to find the internet. I ignored the error message and tapped "Retry". Think I had to do that 3 times for each installation. Installation started then took above 6-7 minutes and was done.
