It’s okay....

The idea is great, and I have found connections with some good people. The bad part is that just about every man that comes on the app tries to pick me up. This is not a dating app!! With grief, I don’t want to be prejudiced against all men, as men grieve too, but I now block all men from being able to connect to me. EVERY single one hits on me, even after I tell them that I am married. I changed the settings to female only, but I still get requests from men. They also try to get me to use a different app or give them my phone number or email! Too many men are using this for purposes other than what it was created for. It is not always a safe space.

An app that can help you grieve with others that understand and can give solid advice on how they struggled and overcame their sadness. Yes there are people that use it for other than grieving, but follow the rules of the app and you’ll be fine. Thank you so much for this app it was a godsend.

Grief by text. Great idea!

A friend suggested I download this app since my mother recently passed away. I was cynical about how it could help. But once I started connecting with people and sharing my story, the whole thing felt surprisingly natural and relieving.

Dissatisfied

I was excited to try this app until I was just ignored by anyone I tried to connect with or the ones wanting to connect with me only wanted to hit on me and not actually talk to me about loss. The idea of this app is a wonderful idea but not when you get people who hit on you or just get ignored. Yet again back to square one of feeling alone and I have come to the conclusion no one cares.

Need help w app

I can’t get past the page were it is asking who was lost. The ap will not let me select. When I try the ‘get help with app’ from within the ap store it says my passwords is incorrect... it’s not. ?. Maybe it is not working with FB login diversion.... will try to remove it from FB access and maybe set up new profile for app. Cannot really rate it as I haven’t tried the ap.

Question?

MisStone0824

I received an e-mail regarding the new updates and or changes made to the app since I originally signed up a while back. At that time, the free trial was not long enough to determine if the app would be useful to me so I did not choose to keep it and begin paying the fee. In the email I just read it mentioned a lengthier free trial period (3 mo) and it suggested re-signing up so I did. However, I’m at the screen laying out the agreement going forward and it’s showing a 2 week free trial then $4.99 a month after that. Can you please clarify how long the free trial is supposed to be? If it is still around 2 weeks I’m concerned I won’t be able to determine the apps usefulness to me in that amount of time. :(

Helpful App

This app helped me connect with someone who understood what grief is like. Highly recommend reaching out to users.

A much needed and very thoughtful app

This app is an extremely useful resource for anyone undergoing grief, sorrow, or hardship. Sometimes you just need to talk to someone who knows what it’s actually like to experience loss and this is the best platform out there to do so.

This app helps to fill a void in my heart

This app is a really good step forward in the grieving process I look forward to using it for a long time and helping other people through healing and repair. I can’t believe there’s nothing like this until now and now that this is here I’m so excited to tell other people about it to get online and connect with other grieving people so that we can help each other overcome horrible tragedies and move forward in tact. Thank you so much to the developers and the people behind this app I really hope the word gets out quickly and anyone in need can turn to the app and connect with others in sort of a new therapeutic digital/heartfelt matter
