I wish they would let you add time when you are getting close to the end of your time. If I only have 4 minutes. Help me out and let me add more time.

I keep getting tickets despite paid valid parking. I am told to appeal and the appeals are approved but WHO HAS TIME TO APPEAL FRAUDULENT TICKETS EVERY WEEK!! I’m sick of it. Going back to coins. DO NOT USE THIS APP!!

So easy and convenient! I wish it had an alarm go off when your time is up so you can add more time without forgetting!

I was using the ParkMobile app until I discovered Go New Haven, which is better designed, intuitive and easy to use. Most of all, Go New Haven is more reliable and doesn’t have the glitches. Solid product!

The ap did not recognize the parking zone I parked at. When I called to report the issue I was only able to leave a message which was never returned. I emailed using the report a bug option and got a robo answer of sorry that happened and call the same phone number that got me nowhere. This is not worth the time because it does not work at all and has no actual customer support. If I could rate it zero I would.
