Each Lottery Game's Ball Number has its own frequency which can be useful for you to decide what balls to pick based on your preference such as: highly occurred/repeated lottery ball or least occurred/repeated lottery ball. Lottery ball's frequency is subjected to change based on the next lottery results.
Repeated Numbers Feature:

If I specified the following in the 1st row of Mega Millions Smart Pick Template: 'L', 'H', '5', 'R', 'R', '9' then GoLottoGo will populate the following on the 1st row in the "Your Generated Numbers" section:
'75', '2', '5', '14', '22', '9'. The result indicates that number 75 has the least occurred frequency, the number 2 has the highest occurred frequency, the number 5 remain unchanged, number 14 and number 22 are randomly generated, and the number 9 remain the same.
- Example #2:
If I specified the following in the 2nd row of Mega Millions Smart Pick Template: 'R', 'R', 'R', 'R', 'R', 'R' then GoLottoGo will populate the following on the 2nd row in the "Your Generated Numbers" section:
'3', '8', '19', '73', '25', '12'. The result indicates that each of these numbers on row #2 are randomly generated; this is similar to Quick Pick and therefore we recommend you to just use Quick Pick instead.

This app is laid out so confusingly it’s useless. All these color codes don’t even relate to anything. What am I looking at? The quick draw doesn’t even put any numbers up in the generator. I might also add that labeling things simply by least frequency and highest frequency are pointless if there is no tweaking involved. Why do I want the numbers that never ever show up? Likewise why do I want only the numbers that show up the most often? You need some sort of strategy beyond these limited basics. Repeating numbers: It only shows numbers that are 1-2 down in the games. The same number 3 or 4 down isn’t highlighted. Why is that? There’s a great app out there somewhere that can provide all the nuances. It doesn’t seem that complicated. Maybe I’ll create it.
