Bad customer experience

While the game itself is a great game, I had one of the worst customer experiences which I will share below in details. In the game, one can purchase balls and clubs. I accidentally bought balls for 4000 gems. A minute later, I contacted customer support chat to explain that i made the purchase by mistake. Two days later, and there was no response. I kept sending them messages and they didn’t respond until I threaten to stop making in-app purchases. Their response was we do not permit reruns and we do not issue refunds, however, they promised to escalate. 7 days later, nothing was returned, they stopped replying, and decided to uninstall the app.
Stage 16

Please tell me that anyone involved in the production of stage 16 of Golf Rival will absolutely never be allowed to reproduce for the sake of all humanity. This is by far the absolute worst portion of any game ever created. The entire app is bad enough with all the rigged games and bots for players but stage 16 is the pinnacle of ridiculous.

You play in tournaments and the app freezes. You lose a turn. It doesn’t allow you to come back and play the hole. It’s a complete rip off. A complete drain on you money.

This game is so addicting…I literally play it for hours…I go to play it after work, lol, and before I know it it’s already 3 in the morning. The people you play with definitely give you a run for your money and some are VERY COMPETITIVE! But other than that this game is amazing and I tell all my friends and family about it. I’ve even converted my daddy into playing it hahaha!!! So we will sit side by side and play it forever. Definitely a must on downloading!
Buy if got want better clubs

This is free to play, but you have to play higher level players in limited time matches. If you want the clubs they have you need to buy. I have been playing a year and still don’t have the clubs I need to complete with. 3 stars until a Leah type is put into action.
Program errors and connection issues make it impossible to play this game

If I could give this game MINUS 5 stars, that still wouldn’t be a bad enough score to reflect how terrible the programming is for this game. On almost every single game, the game bugs out and makes it nearly impossible to actually play because you have only a few seconds (or less) to try to line up a shot since the clock keeps running while the game disconnects you. Then, when you try to get the necessary gems or other items to progress by watching their stupid ads, you waste all this time to watch the ad only to have the game short out and not register that you watched it, so you end up watching two or three ads (or the same dumb ad 2-3 times) just to get one item. This is some of the worst, most buggy, programming I have ever encountered in a game. Conveniently, the game never seems to bug out when it’s taking your money though. Don’t waste your time on this garbage. It is a total waste of time, money, and sanity. This is quite simply the worst game ever.

Game cheats and scams you. Do not download. Once you call out their cheating. They stop responding to you and cheat even more to where you can’t even play the game anymore. There’s no point to play when you can’t win a game because they are matching you against people that have played 60,000 more games than you. And it’s not just once in awhile. It is every single game. I would say like 1% of the games I play are fair games. The rest are cheating games where they make it impossible for you to win. I mean the people I play against hit the ball farther than me and I use power and a bouncy ball and they use a regular ball with no power and their ball still goes like 100 yards pass mine. So if you want to play a game that cheats and you can’t win in. This is the game for you. If not find a better golf game that listens to their customers and responds to them and doesn’t cheat or scam you.

Every time you lose it deducts your score and when you start progressing the only people that are winning have spent money to buy upgraded clubs and balls. What a joke. You have to spend money to win. ?
All Good except the Putting

Great game - really like it. But it gets a bit old when you get on the green. Think I’ve probably done a putt over 300 times - and have missed once. Just no challenge once you get on the green - doesn’t matter how far you are from the cup.
