Horrible lag. Offline is equally bad. Takes forever for a page to clear up to legible. That's nothing new as previous app had same issue. Latest update is no better. You may want to fire your app IT engineers and hire a team that can code. Challenge you try and use this app. Is it works, let me know. Hello Golf Digest.

The new version of the reader app for Golf Magazine is complete garbage. It’s slow, crashy, ugly, and irritating to se. Why must I be reminded about swiping up to an alternate reader ON EVERY page? I’ve cancelled this subscription.

This app is now a mess. Downloading my subscription each month is a regular frustration. App says I’m subscribed for a year but requests a payment to obtain the magazine download. I have given up and canceled subscription.

The old version worked great. This one is crap! Ended up cancelling the subscription I've had for nearly 10 years because of it. Yes, it's that bad.

By the time you figure out how to download, install, create passwords, then actually try to sign in with an active subcription, the site still wont let you view the actual current edition. You do get 15 pages of advertisments as a lure to want to read more. Not worth the download. Wait for the snail mail to send it to you the old fashioned way.

Works great. Super service for print subscribers. Need good connection for downloads. Files quite large. Rarely look at my print copy's any more.
is great
App is okay. Does all the basic things that magazine apps do, but no landscape view?? Really? Who reads an iPad longways? It is much easier to read on it's stand as opposed to holding it. At least give us the option.

The app might be great, but I don't already subscribe so there's nothing for me to see here. Shame the magazine doesn't understand how to monitize content without charging for it. I don't want to pay $5 for an e-magazine that I can buy full size at the newsstand and enjoy.
