I really want to give it a complete 0 star because it always favors the players who spend the money to win. If you pay attention to the shots taken (especially in shootouts) somehow no matter how perfect you line up and hit, the person with the most money invested gets some weird bounce or backspin to magically put them slightly closer. Game is cool, concept is cool, but you are spinning your wheels if you don’t plan on spending a little cash. In the end I got up to 1400 trophies and deleted the app. You can look up my profile, I put in the time. Tired of getting punished for not spending money.

So first lets start by educating that all CS or admins hold multiple accounts and regularly win 1st place in tourneys because they have access to unlimited free special ball packages. Then we refrence that your matchmaking is regional as your admins and customer service contacts are also. Therefore you must spend thousands of dollars a year just to finish behind them. Save yourself the time and effort and don’t give them a penny. It’s really a sad state of affairs. Chris O and Rico are abusive non professional customer service reps. So don’t look for any resolution to the variance in shot outcomes.
