When I downloaded this game, I REALLY enjoyed it. Until, I realized that when you unlock new places to play against other people, you have to PAY for it. My brother unlocked it for being at level 5 and he had to pay SIX THOUSAND dollars to play it!! Thanks for reading! Stay Safe!

Fix the glitch

I enjoy this game but in the middle of the course it loses connection somehow and cause my to believe that it is purposely done so that you will purchase coins and gems because you do not get the coins back once you enter the course. Makes me want to not play.

Do not pay to play. This game will disconnect you and not reimburse the coins played. The other feedback and comments are legitimate as I’ve experienced the same frustration. I have filed a complaint with MiniClip, here is their response: Thank you for contacting Miniclip. We are very sorry to hear that your game is crashing. In order to minimize connection issues, please try following troubleshooting steps: • Please make sure you have the official and latest version the game • Restart the game • Turn Airplane mode ON, wait for 10s and turn it back OFF • Restart the device • Make sure you are running the latest possible version of your Operating System • Remove apps that might be running in the background • Uninstall and reinstall the game • If the issue is happening while on WiFi, check if the same happens in Mobile Data • If the issue is happening while on Mobile Data, check if the same happens on WiFi • If it only happens on WiFi, try to restart the Router if you can • If you can't restart the router, forget the WiFi connection and add it again • Test the game with a different device We are trying to avoid people losing connection to our servers. Most of the times, specially when you play against users with a bad internet connection, you get a connection lost notification but they were the ones getting disconnected! There are hundreds of other uses experiencing the same thing. So is MiniClip implying that all users have faulty WiFi, need to upgrade phones or applications, or is there a bigger issue that MiniClip need to resolve with their own IT and servers. I agree with another user, we pay for the coins to play the different levels. When we are disconnected during the game, we are not reimbursed. This happens more than once. Soon to become a legal issue.

Game continually crashes in the middle of the game and you lose your bet. They should reimburse your bet if a crash happens and you time out of the game….

I used to play this game all the time but lately it would kick me out mid game or won’t even load but it still takes my coins. I’ve gone from 20,000 to 150 mainly because this.

This is an absolute great and great time killer. However , this games crashes tooooo much and it makes you not want to play. I’ve paid for so many coins just to play this game and it crashes. They don’t have a customer support to submit a game issue ticket and you don’t get any of your coins. Take it from someone who used to love to play this game all day and night. Not worth the frustration of the game crashes. If they could just fix that issue and the bug issues this game would be awesome.
