Hey guys The game keeps crashing and causing loss of coins. I must have lost at least 50,000 i gold if not more. Is there help That can be offered. Still Crashing. Still no help

It’s a fun game, but it “disconnects” you from the matches and doesn’t refund the coins even if the match just started. It’s not a connection issue at all because you can play the low level games and it doesn’t happen. Fix your game or make refunds

Great game BUT until they find a way to refund coins when the server kicks you out, it is too frustrating. I have just lost too many coins and can’t progress. ?

It’s been happening at the worst moments I get up to a certain amount of money and it looses connection right when I’m about to win. It happens almost every time I bet all my coins as if it’s doing it on purpose

Rn it just seems like a scam after you get to the higher ones and spend thousands of coins as the entry fee it just exits you out and then you’re supposed to be more inclined to buy with real money the coins. I do not recommend. It’s a scam.
Disconnects should give your coins back!

This is a great golf game, but with one HUGE problem… You should not lose your coins unless you lose the round! If the game disconnects, give people their coins back! Every time the game disconnects, it does not give you your coins back. This has cost me well over 100,000 coins so far. I am constantly in a game where I spent 10-20k coins to join, and the game disconnects, and when it reloads I have to start the round over, but the coins are still gone from my balance. This makes me not want to play at all anymore, as I am constantly worried about losing huge amounts of coins with no way to get them back.

Game will basically steal from you. You pay coins to get into a match that crashes and you lose coins. They need to realize that it is a crime and do something before lawsuits start. Avoid this game at all costs.

New bugs emerge adding to the long-standing interruption bug

Now the game makes random errors in maintaining the number of coins players earn. In one day the new bug has cheated me out of about 100, coins. This really could be a great game. Too bad the developers allow such incredibly maddening faults in the program. The following is from an earlier review. I had increased my rating from one to two stars because I see some evidence that they have at least made some progress on the interruption bug. Since I first began playing I literally have been cheated out of hundreds of thousands of coins due to this persistent bug. When the connection is broken there seems to be no evidence that the software even tries to reconnect. For example, on the day of this writing, I have just been cheated out of about 40,000 coins. (Why do I keep playing?) I have very much enjoyed this game and look forward to playing it more but the interruption bug ruins the game too frequently. If a game is in progress and the internet connection is interrupted for even a moment or there’s an incoming phone call the game aborts and the coins from the entry fee are not refunded. In first place at the end of the third hole but someone calls your number? Too bad! Coins from the entry fee are already gone and reward is forfeited! Same bug can rob you of treasure chest rewards! FIX THE INTERRUPTION BUG!!! FIX THE INTERRUPTION BUG!!! FIX THE INTERRUPTION BUG!!!
