For two weeks it worked great, and now it looks like it's updating but doesn't.

They responded to their contact us support page. Also, good luck getting updated gold prices. It doesn't work on the iPhone so you have to adjust your percentages if you want accurate values. I quit using the ap and went to an online website because of this shortcoming. It's unfortunate because this would be a great ap if they fixed this issue and responded to their customer questions.

The problem is that after the latest update I cannot get it to work, even after uninstalling and reinstalling.

This app need a lot of help first it crashes 2nd it doesn't have live prices prices be from 2 days ago. 3rd it doesn't let me put the about in without having to close out the app horrible app. Need some serious overhaul.
