I rarely write reviews but my frustration with gohenry warrants one. My sons card was declined multiple times - after multiple calls we were told it was the pin. It was not the pin - check the reviews others have had this issue. We stopped adding money to his account as it was useless. Now we just found that we have been charged $4 per month for months with no use of the account. It is also nearly impossible to cancel the account - I still haven’t figured out how to and I am not tech illiterate. I am about to do a stop payment with my bank.


It overall is not very user friendly.

The help center is broken and won’t load payments are delayed and it’s overall hard to navigate.

Great way to give you kids the freedom to make their own purchases. Super educational, add chores and tasks for them to complete to earn money, pay allowances, etc!

So easy to add money to account but nearly impossible to get it back!!!! My son saved up his $$ to purchase the oculus VR set, but was unable to make the transaction because of the settings on the card… When we tried to get the money back so we could purchase it with another card, I was told it’d be a couple days. No problem I thought… I then received e-mails from differing agents that all asked for different info…. Making the situation worse and longer than necessary. It’s been three weeks!!!!!! I still don’t have my money and I’ve yet to get a congruous response! Shame on you!!!!!! Save your money parents and look elsewhere as there are much better and more efficient banking apps for our kiddos out there!!!
