I can’t sign up, I’m signing up correctly, I’m tech savvy but this app isn’t letting me register. Idk who to blame but they might let me go due to not being able to use this app.
Truck routes
Oilfield Driver
Need to have TRUCK ROUTES as the primary guide. Directions have sent me through neighborhoods no truck routes on multiple occasions. The trend now is to ask other drivers if the route is correct. Too many times the answer is NO. Other than that, it works.
Worse app I have to use

Any app that requires you to always leave location tracking on should be deleted as soon as you are no longer required to use it. This app constantly sends messages telling you how to manage your phones settings to cater to the app. “Must always use location services” “Turn battery saver off” Even if you lose signal or close the app you will be bothered to re open. If you close the at at all during a load it just deletes the load info access and you are left out to water. I’ve used many oil production applications and this is by far the most annoying and intrusive. Also our employees android completely crashed when he downloaded this app...

What happen to the option where we could use either waze or google maps for directions? Can we get that option again? Other than that i uave zero issues.
Won’t work for a company that doesn’t use this app

I’m not a big fan of these apps we have to use these days but I have seen in increase in the numbers of load per day when using this one. I’m out here to make money and this app helps that.

The makers of this app doesn’t know anything about being out in the field. One minute you have service as a driver then the next 24 hrs your data is gone! Also to rely on it to order the sand?...No sir! I’m sure they are very proud to make something that is tied into the oilfield and will fight tooth and nail to defend their creation just like most people would. But bottom line.... it just doesn’t cut it out here in the field. Instead they should group up with the ELD companies and pair them instead and use the satellites instead of relying on different carriers that only work in some areas!
