some problems in iran

if this program designed for iranian inside iran it should have download ability because there is no wifi in iran's public places and no high speed internet on cell phones the only way that we can access internet is in home through wi-fi. would you please designe one app like iDaily pro but with persian built in dictionary. tanx for every things.
