What happened?

Someone replaced the old story time font with a generic typeface. It's cheap looking. Also lost the scrolls as mail, the stony signs, now everything is in boxes. Did the old design team got replaced with robots?

Why did you change the design and layout. The UI is absolutely atrocious now. Very disappointed.

Found my account. Fairly okay to play, wish there were new gods every week or two. Need more updates and new interface is so GROSS! Be more gracious with gems pls
New update has huge bug on Ms. Claw !

I did very low total damage from Ms. Claw !!! It was like 150K damage on Gauntlet and Party Stage !!! She only did 15K total damage !! That made me lost on Gauntlet !!! I have 3 more stage to finish Gauntlet !!! Give me 400K gold or 200 Gems back !!!

I love this game, it's the only app I've ever boughten anything for with real money, just because of how much I like it. Try it out for sure
TOO MANY BUGS!!

First, this game is full of bugs and dont ever buy gems. They will disappear randomly. Also, some good heroes stats change drastically which later makes you waste alot of time and gems building a character that later becomes useless after some updates. Second, IGG customer support takes forever to respond to your issues. They literally took 5 days to respond. Lastly, IGG will blame it on you saying that you used up all the gems which in reality you didnt. Also, if you reply to them... Their response seem automated and become a new ticket issue and they will give you the exact same response you got the first time. NOTE: Do not waste your time with this game. If you are having problems and want your refund, contact apple customer care. They will gladly refund your money without questions asked. Dont even try to contact IGG because i did 3 timed and the three times i had they blamed it on me. I am the only person that uses my ipad and nobody else touches my ipad. I wasted alot of time with this game. I am never going to play any games made by IGG ever.

I played GR for 4 months. The developer, IGG, is borderline incompetent, but still making 50 million in annual revenue per their public report. I sent them a message with a suggestion, they replied they couldn't refund me ingame gems... (My message had nothing to do with a refund). This goes to show you how bad they are. Do yourselves a favor and stay away from this developer.

The game is pure fart. It crashed over and over again for me but when it did not crash the game play was not fun.
