I have been playing for about a week now. It really is a great game. I’ve spend about $15 in game just to get gems and boost however as I went to log in the game restarted and I don’t really know if a way to get my old game back as of now I am very disappointed in the game. I have left feedback for the devs in game we’ll see how that goes... Update: the game logged me out bc if Game Center not a dev issue

Recent update caused major issues which end apparently forced the developers to load a back up. It resulted in lost items and resources. The item was acquired with in game gems (a 24hr shield of protection to prevent being raided) the loss of said shield resulted loss approximately 170k resources, and the reboot cost me approximately another 130k resources which I had gained via farming mines. I understand that issues can and do occur during updates but the fact that the developers have not responded to my trouble ticket. I only received an automated response stating that they would reply in 48hrs. 96hrs and a response to their email later and still now response. Ok game just manage your expectations and don’t expect help or a response if there is an issue and you will likely be reasonably content. 66708 Well I don’t understand that but no worries. My issue is stated in my complaint above. The botched update resulted in approximately 300,000 stone, wood, and gold lost because of the reload caused me to loss my shield of protection and an hour or so worth of farming. If the customer service desk had a question then he proper thing to do would be to respond to the trouble ticket with the question and not just ignore it. The fact that I am having to point this out illustrates my point perfectly. I am not the only player who did not receive a response which is why I left the review. Well they could have responded to my ticket or the email that I sent asking for a response but I will do their job and yours and reconnect them. If they are a direct part of your company then people should be reprimanded or fired and if you have contracted it out then you should find another firm to do their job when it is time to rebid. Have you stopped to ask why this is being handled via a review and not through the customer service? If not you should. This should have been as simple as having them contact me once you revived my ticket #. Force them to do their job. I will be emailing them in a few minutes and will expect a quick resolution. After over weeks and the exchanges in this review; Customer service responder earlier today and stated that they returned 100,000 stone, wood and gold. Only 1/3 of what I lost but it was an attempt to make things right.

Do not compare this game to hero’s. Stupid I deleted this game with in 5 mins. It’s like all those crap game build this and build that. Someone will have to come up with original idea. Please I dare some developer.

This game is nothing like Heroes of Might and Magic. Do Not Be Fooled. They should stop advertising it that way. Nothing more than a Game of War clone.

Same as every other 12 year old oriented mobile game. All centered around getting people to buy gems and fast forward through content.

This is the exact same game as about every other building game on iOS. This is nothing like heroes of might magic, you don't explore and find magical items, it's build a quarry build a barracks now build a house. Same game different cover.

Since the update.. unable to log in on droid or Apple systems... uninstalled & reinstalled.. no success... no immediate contact to resolve

So after their new “royal tournament” is glitched all to hell and back the server “crashes” and they reset the server back to before event began. Everyone that had shielded for the war event was no longer shielded and half the server was rubble. Pretty standard in a war game that after a server reset every base gets shielded at least 24h or until next log on. This dev team has proven they don’t know what they’re doing and time and again have proven they don’t care about their customer base. Stay far far away from this game.
