Can’t play the classic one

As the title says, I can’t play godfinger 1, it just stays on “loading your planet” forever and I can’t use the return button on the top right, this is on iPhone X btw.

I like the new version of GodFinger that you have brought to us, but I have been encountering a problem recently. Ever since either 2.4.1 or 2.4.2, my GFAS planet has been stuck on the loading screen. I can’t even use the return button there; It’s a softlock that can be easily fixed by closing and returning, But it always happens.
Time portal not working

I updated and the time portal still isn’t working... I keep resetting my iPad and the app and I’m still stuck on the loading screen forever
A huge let down.

Every time I try to give this game a chance, I can always depend on it to let me down. When I first heard they were releasing a GF2 I was so excited because I had been a longtime fan of GF1. After downloading it back in 2016 I immediately deleted it because it couldn’t even hold a match stick to its predecessor. Then I get wind that they’d rigged up this “Time Portal” so that GF1 fans can play in that old universe. Again, I immediately download the game and play to level ten, building the portal and having it insta finish only to have all my hopes dashed away while GF1 NEVER LOADS. I restarted my phone, closed the app and tried again, I even uninstalled and worked back up to level 10 again - and still nothing. I am extremely disappointed, but I’m also optimistic. If I could get any type of tech support from the creators of this app I will consider changing my review.

I’ve tried to leave a couple reviews and I’ve even tried to send an email and had it forwarded back to me. I absolutely love this game but I really only downloaded it for the Level 10 Upgrade with the time travel option. I have the time machine made and when I click on it, the screen stays paused on the “Loading your planet” for minutes until my screen turns black! Really looking for some help, I’ve tried redownloading the app. Closing app and reopening, basically everything.
