I attempted to purchase a level reward pack through iTunes but app said “Cannot connect to iTunes Store.” I contacted Apple and went through a few hours on the phone with them. It is not on their side. I contacted customer support through in game app and got a response “fix format of report”??? I finally found the dev website where I found 10 pages of repeating $79.99 Pending Charges for the 1 item. This will be day 2. We will see what happens.
Can’t change the language

It’s on Portuguese:c I speak Spanish(English,etc) and not Portuguese so I went on and tried to change it but one the check mark was on Spanish and it won’t let me change the language to English I can barely understand it because it’s a little bit similar to Spanish but the struggle is real I just really really want to play but it’s on Portuguese and it won’t let me change the languageeeeee :c

2nd *Review, I had un-install it to get my account back, Fun game but Not sexy enough,,,,, Just like sword of chaos but NO where near as good or sexy, with this one if we switch servers we loose our account and ALL that we worked for... GONE.

While I love the beautiful graphics and the choices between the characters and different looks the character can have, however it is definitely a game that is designed the more you pay the more you win so it is a little upsetting to have to spend money to excel in this game

I have not played this game is a VERY long time, but when I did I absolutely loved it. I installed it yet again and am having major problems signing in. I believe I entered the correct email and went to the first server, yet when I press play it offers a new character. I am indeed on a new mobile device but as advanced as this game is login should absolutely not be a point of concern, yet here I am. I would appreciate help from administrators if possible considering my account was very high levels. Thank you.

Servers are laggy to the point you jump across the playing field into certain death, by the time it catches up you’re dead. The cost to get anywhere in this game is ASTRONOMICAL... I’m talking thousands, best part is they’ll merge you with servers months ahead of you so all the money you’ve spent to be a “high ranked player” meant nothing, you’ll have to invest even more to catch others that have significant time and money on you... All pvp battles are unbalanced, stack 3/6 highest ranked players against others with 1/4 the power, how is that fair. I’m currently ranked #1 on server for now, I’ve invested a decent amount of money and the game is just stale. For what koram charges to acquire items in this game you’d think they’d look at investing back into the game or show appreciation to its player base. Thanks anyway, take it easy, Hexerii~
