Game won’t even start tight after buying permanent pass

I bought the permanent pass and now the game won’t even start after uninstalling and reinstalling.. can I get my refund back.. so unfair I was actually having fun

So I’ve really really been interested in this game and wanted to give it a try, what I didn’t expect is that I wouldn’t be able to get into the game with any of my accounts. I’ve tried every account, and even uninstalling about 5 times, nothing will work. I don’t think I should have to try his hard for a game, and I won’t. You’ve lost my interest. If you have any idea on how to help me, please do! I’m not trying to be rude or inconsiderate, but I’m just really tired of this. Have a good day!
Awful animations, too many modes, bad pity system

- Terrible animations - Game is bloated with too many modes, currencies & materials - Extremely pay to win - Pity system is rage inducing; unlike other gachas that reward you the banner hero on pity, it’s possible to spend tons of pulls and still not get the banner hero you want on duo banners. Too greedy.
