Bought an HD photo. Never generated. Emailed support was told to buy a VPN to get photo. I was told I couldn’t connect with mainland china unless I purchased a VPN.

The HD versions are still low resolution so it’s not worth it if you intend to print it.

Spend 7 coins per try on your photo. Should be able to unlock the pro filter effect for a certain amount of coin, but indefinitely. Didn’t you offer that in the past? There are some unique filters here, but if I have to keep feeding a meter just to try different looks, I’ll just go art (no pun) elsewhere.

This was my go to app on Android, I bought every new filter and I paid to remove the watermark. I used it constantly. But with my iPhone, the app is pointless. I have to buy the filters over and over. I would rather pay a subscription and have access to everything, and see new filters, than use it like this.

I love the effects and the quality of images, but recently it’s Not working and I can not spend my “coins”! I keep getting “currently a lot of users” and “no network connection” when my device is connected!!! Please help, I really want to use your app… Thank you, Sharon
