Great Refund Policy

I purchased this program and downloaded the app for iPad. It's everything I've been looking for to set and track goals. What really intrigued me was the sync with Google calendar, which unfortunately still needs just a bit of work. Because of that I cancelled my subscription and requested a refund. I was pleasantly surprised to find an email this evening notifying me the refund had been processed! Thank you for sticking to your policy and the prompt refund. I will definitely keep watch on your updates and hope to purchase this in the future. Update 5/27/17 Re-purchased program and still really like the layout. When adding full tasks seems to take a long time to save. Also, downloaded the app, but it hasn't been able to sync to server....just spins. Please update. Thanks!
A nice attempt at a complicated problem.

Unfortunately, this app fell short of being useful to me. I used it daily for about three months before I moved on and just started using my own Frankenstein combination of OneNote and ToDoist to set, manage, and achieve my goals. While I appreciate all the effort that went into developing this app, and it seems like it SHOULD work really well, I found the whole process cumbersome, unintuitive, and very high maintenance. It required more maintenance than I was willing to put into it. The iOS app is especially underwhelming as it hasn't even been updated since Apple started selling iPhones with bigger screens in.... what.... 2013? Something like that. Like other users have mentioned, the app is low resolution and clunky.
Useless app unless you sign up on website

I don't understand why Apple keeps this in their store, but after reading what this app is, I realize this is only for people who signed up on their website. If you didn't or not planning to then this app is useless to anyone.
