Could be good but...

This is generally a pretty good app, but after several weeks of troubleshooting, I still can’t get my tickets to display. The main reason I have the app is so I can forego the paper tickets. I know many people having the same issue. Once this basic function is improved, this will be a great app.
Needs updated iPad version

IPhone version is truly great and I use it all the time on iPhone, but please make a REAL iPad version that rotates to allow for horizontal use of the iPad for easier reading and much better video display.

This is an awful app. The University of Oregon does so many things well, but not this app. My tickets usually aren’t there (I have mobile season tickets, they should be there), and when they are, they don’t have the bar code to be scanned to get in, get logged out, then using my user name and password it tells me I can’t log in. It is just horrible for ticket management. It is ok for actual team info, but it is cumbersome and hard to navigate.

Love being able to access and download my tickets from the app. The push notifications are great when I can’t watch a game live.
