G Notes Unreliable

This app is unreliable and unstable. All my yrs of notes disappeared when switching phones, the developer takes months to respond generally with technical issues and are unable to resolve the issue. Lastly when I was just trying to delete the app, I was prompted to log out of the app/acct and before logging out, the app says the acct is no longer active.

What you have to pay for reminders now!?! That was a horrible upgrade to make customers have to pay for something that was once free. Synch feature rarely works. I like to write notes and then set a reminder about the note all in one feature. Now they make you PAY for the reminder feature which is horrible. Now I will find a diff app.

Worst ever happen to me This stupid gnote lose some of my new notes their not sync and i feel miserable with out them

Whatever issues a few other reviewers mentioned seem to have been handled. I have tried everything the app is supposed to do and it all worked perfectly. A couple of actions were not completely intuitive. Saving a photo to a note was so simple I thought I was overlooking something. (You just select a photo to add to your note and hit the back arrow to get back to your notes list). I upgraded to Pro. Really pleased!
