I enjoy GMX and use my account here for very important correspondence only so when I see a notification I know, oooh, yessss, am important mail. Also, my clients think I’m super fancy with an almost corporate email address. It’s also easy to give on a call, Golf Mike Xray

I have been using GMX since 2012 and find it to be the best service. I have other accounts but they are no match for GMX. There is no fear for security and that peace of mind is wonderful. When checking other sites scrolling through junk mail is time consuming, not so with GMX. Junk mail in in junk mail and my mail is just that, mail. I am very happy that I was told about GMX and wisely chose to try it out. It has been my professional email provider ever since. The very few times there was an issue it was handled quickly and professionally. The main issue has been that I must delete and download the app because it shows that there are emails but nothing shows up in the inbox, trash, spam, or folders. Liked It At First, But Now?

I created an account on GMX a few days ago. I transferred everything from my gmail account to the GMX one. Everything was going really well until someone decided to remove the “keep me signed in” button for “security reasons.” That’s nice, but no one ever sent an email saying this was going to happen. Now, because of this, I cannot get into my account. It would have helped to have known sooner that this was going to happen before all of my important emails were transferred to this account. Now, I cannot get into my account because of what they did, but it seems they are trying to make it my fault when it isn’t. The suggestions offered which were sent to the email address I want to get rid of do not apply to Firefox Focus because the picture GMX provided does not match anything on Firefox Focus or Firefox. I tried to tell them this, but they aren’t listening to me. I use Firefox Focus, they probably do not. The instructions on the emails they sent me to my gmail account are confusing for me to understand right now because I have terminal metastatic lung cancer and a paraneoplastic syndrome which goes along with it, so I am not always at my neurological or physical best. My cancer is getting a lot worse and I want to have a simplified email account that is easy to manage. I thought this was it on GMX. But, I may be wrong about that. I don’t want to be incorrect, because I really like GMX otherwise. Also, I do not speak German fluently, so clicking on the option for App Support was fruitless. I speak English. There needs to be instructions in English.
