Keep asking for me to write reviews

Arizona ed

This app would get a better review if it would quit interrupting me and making me forget my numbers and forcing me to take time to write this review! I bought the full version so I wouldn’t get pestered by advertising! Instead they keep FORCING reviews down your throat!

Been using this app for awhile. Perfect for my diabetic regimen.

Great app

I have used several apps and this one is the best one. I have used it now for approximately 2 years on and off and I keep coming back to this one. I am not going to switch any more and will. E staying with this app. Well worth it

It's OK

I have to change from an older glucose (and other data) app because it is no longer maintained and is 32-bit - which means it won't work with IOS 11+. Glucose Companion Pro is just OK. It allows you to record glucose data. The reports are a major disappointment. Charts appear to be averaged over the interval on the y-axis. I'd rather see ALL readings in the specified range in order to see variability and trends - a feature the older glucose app had. Glucose Companion Pro has an import feature, but sadly it doesn't work properly. I exported the data from my old app, reformatted to match the format required by the Glucose Companion Pro, and imported the data. Many of the imported period values (eg, 'before breakfast', 'after dinner', etc) were WRONG after the import. I cleared the profile, created a new one and manually added a few test entries. I then exported the test entries and then imported the exported data. Glucose Companion couldn't even import its own data at all (it didn't like the date/time fields)! I modified the date/time fields and imported the data ... and many of the period values were WRONG. I reported the import problems to the developer, but I received NO RESPONSE after 2 attempts in over 2 weeks. I will probably use the app to record data and use it for nothing else. Instead, I will export data and maintain a repository in Excel, so that I can graph the data in more useful ways than the app allows. Based on my experience, don't expect support if you run into problems.

Great App

Great app. Syncs well with Apple’s Health App. Easy to use. One minor annoyance, however; the app requires data input to the tenth (xx.x). Glucose machines that I have used don’t read to that level of detail. If I forget to add the decimal, the readings are off by a factor of 10 and messes up averaging.

Still not fixed!!!!!!!!! Same freeze up!!!

TexasSanta

The app froze until I agreed to write a review. I would have given it a 5+++stars. It is a wonderful app I use it everyday, some times two or three times a day. Fix this problem and I will write a glowing review that will be so bright they can see it on the Space Station. THIS MAKES ME REALLY MAD! FIX IT NOW!

Perfect for my needs

I like to track my weight and blood sugar levels over time and this is perfect for that. Also, their support team is responsive, which I find important! One time they issued an update and it created a minor, yet irritating bug. Three days later, they issued another patch to fix it!!! Now that is what I call service! :-)

I really like this app. I like the charts with Hi, Lo & average for day, week, month and year. I like to be able to record my weight and take notes. I would like to be able to easily see a 3 month average This remains my app of choice for my diabetic monitoring
