There's hidden fees

Seems I have to pay to export or send my data to my doctor.

I have my ReliOn Premium BLU meter linked to my app. The time settings are correct in the app and on my iPhone, yet when ever I take a reading, it transmits via Bluetooth with a time stamp 6 hours earlier than the actual time. I have to manually correct the time for every reading I take. Very frustrating. When I tried to report the issue on the app an error pops up saying that it can’t send emails and to check my settings. So I am having a hard time getting any support. Does anyone know of another app that I can link my meter to and also record daily medication and things like weight, diet? I’m open to suggestions. Thanks.

Just downloaded the app as a way to track my A1C. I input my last few lab test results and in order to see them all, I need to upgrade by subscription? Just to see a table of info I input? No way. I’m not paying to do that and it’s unethical to ask that of us. App is now deleted

Bring back the old Insight

I liked the old insight before the update on 6/24/2021 . The old insight gave you your average for the day ,week ,month & year Before the up date I’d give the app ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I decided to pay this high amount for the app because it seemed to have everything I was looking for, including nutrition information like how much fat etc I consumed in my day besides the food diary. Now the app was updated and that feature gone. I can put in my nutrition goals but have no place to actually check if I reached them like it used to be. It now has the same features as other free apps and I feel like I’ve wasted my money. The email system to reach support never works. No clue why, it has my correct email address. I am not sure how to cancel my subscription or get any help if I can’t get in touch. I’d not pay this amount again and regret I did now that important features to me are gone.

I really want to use this app for the information that I want to keep track of, but the time of recording is wrong most of the time. I purchased a years subscription and not sure that the subscription is worth it. I am not able to see all the “view” information, like sugars etc. this is what I’m tracking, besides carbs, but can’t view that other info. The only thing it shows on the tracker is carbs, as far as food is concerned. I feel that it needs improvement for the cost of it.

I use to love this app. Now the format has changed or something has happen, I can no longer get to calories consumed nor my insulin percentages .. When I click on insights at the bottom of my page it takes me to my weekly and monthly reports. It had totally vanished.
