Traveled to Mexico... Not all places take usd at the same value. Bank, cashing place, stores etc THIS APP NEEDS TO ADD THE OPTION TO CHANGE THE VALUE MANUALLY.

This app is super easy to use, quick to compute and it works everywhere. I’ve tried a few others and dumped them, this is all you need. I have no idea what some of these reviewers are talking about. The conversions are current and match other online sites anytime I have checked. It’s really good at the one thing it does, with a nice clean easy interface.

I tried out the 3 most popular currency converters and threw them away after trying this one because this one is by far the easiest and fastest to use.
Asks iTunes password

This app suddenly asked me on start for my iTunes password. The dialog was in the app's style so I assume it came from the app, not from iOS. I have in-app purchases disabled and I didn't do anything that requires my iTunes password so there is no reason to ask it. What it is? Some sort of side effect? Or they are stealing passwords? This is a good app but I cannot trust it anymore.

I loaded this wonderful off-line app onto my iPhone before going to Mexico, and used the currency converter feature every day. Yeah, we can do math in our heads, but it's so great to tap the app when you're busy trying to figure out price, tip, etc. It also has converter features for weight, distance, speed, etc. – you can custom set the measures that you want – feet, kilometers, whatever. Fantastic.
