Wtf is going on? I paid for pro 1 year ago and it was working perfect! Now it doesnt even exist! I can not believe that apple is allowing such a lie! They took our money and we can not do anythink! I hope that APPLE do something NOW!!!

App was awesome when first launched. The customer service was also very helpful at the time. Life was good. Then...the upgrade. Price increases & changes in the apps terms of use came with the upgrade. As the app continued to change the amount of support continued to decline. Once satisfied customers were now upset. Yet Apple continues to allow all versions of this app to be falsely advertised & sold.

This app is not working. I sent several messages but it did not reach to the destination so disappointing.

If only I can give 0 star! I will definitely do! Well before it was nice and brilliant but then after the update all things got f^ck ^p! You guys wont get that much now that you block jailbroken iphones! Screw u guys! They are just a waste of time!

I am sending all my SMS by Global AQ from Ethiopia to Europe and USA ( Verizon network included) and the price is unreal, I pay -96% less for one SMS than if I used the local GSM operator in Ethiopia, Ethiopian Telecommunications Corporations ( ETC). This is absolutely the killer application and what's really cool, that I do not pay NOTHING when I am sending to my buddies SMS around the world, who has GLOBAL AQ. Keep up the good work. I read somewhere that soon this will work on Nokia QT, Anroid, Webos and Blackberry, that will rock! <JB>

I use this app to text my friend in China and it works fine. It cost cheaper than iPhone's international text messages. I am pretty happy about this app.

Ok I see u blocked jailbroken iPhones for pro and standard version cuz of hackers But why free version had to be blocked alsow... There's no reason this is just stupid U r losing so much customers with this move Hope u fix da problem.. At least with free version

Not so upset anymore
I bought the pro version a year ago. I was upset to find out that it wasn't working. I couldn't seem to get a hold Of customer support. I figured out how to get my old credits back. Download the new lite version and register as your old user name or aq global number and password. It will carry your account over... Remember to get the lite/free version and not the pro till you finish your credits up...
