I downloaded this app a few weeks ago to give it a try. There are a number of issues I found lacking. There is no way easy to contact anyone for support without having to search through the app for any type of contact info, which isn't even listed really. The help section is just basic info on the app and not a way to contact the dev or get any actual assistance. The only contact info to be found is an email address in the privacy policy. Second, I want my account deleted, the only option available is to log out, which isn't what I'm looking for. The app itself is chaotic. It's a cross between Facebooks and Twitter. When you like or comment on someone's photo it ends up on your page (confusing, I know) along with the caption of their photo. It seems this app is mostly used for people to just post photos of themselves and not for any actual language exchange, penpal, or conversation at all...like majority of the so called "language apps" on here. Skip this app and save yourself the trouble.

App crashes upon opening

10/22/17: As of this date, the app crashes every time I open it. Thus, I cannot use the app. Strange how it was working fine just the day before. 10/31/16: I'm not able to read chat messages! I think almost everyone on the app cannot read their messages or is experiencing some other chat issue where they cannot send a message. Please fix! UPDATE: Chat system working ok now.
