I paid for this app years ago to gain access to all its features. I noticed they switched to a subscription basis and restricted my access to the features I paid for in the first place. Very disappointed.

You buy the app, you can barely do enough to justify a dollar. 95% of the app is either monthly or yearly subscription or buy for like $30 or something idk up to you. For me I just want my dollar back rn

I’m one of those people who doesn’t write reviews very often, but I felt I had to write a review for this app. This is some of the most advanced technology I think I’ve seen with any photo/video editing app in a long time. As a person who does deep editing myself, I know how much time it takes to make certain glitch effects come to life, nevertheless actually available as a preset for users to stick on to any photo or video. Such labor-some edits available at the press of a button isn’t something that should be taken for granted here folks...this is truly amazing stuff. Technology at its finest. The price may be a little costly, perhaps to some, but in comparison to the time, learning, and money you would have to spend to purchase the software to do some of this stuff yourself, it’s worth every penny - hands down. Put things into perspective. To the developer team; yes, it would’ve been nice to know the full price of things up front, but I also understand the psychology of marketing so that’s that. You guys have made an absolutely awesome app here and I look forward to using this for my creative purposes. Amazing work.

No longer being updated, many bugs

It’s frustrating enough that users have to make multiple purchases to use certain features of the app, but now it’s even worse—Glitché seems to be suffering from a lack of code maintenance. We’ve had quite a few updates to iOS since the last app update, yet there are increasing amounts of bugs. Two examples: the ASCII filter no longer renders characters at the sizes shown in the preview, which makes it pretty unusable. But I also noticed that exported videos are somehow choppier and have more dropped frames than the source, making them look quite different...

Why would you have someone pay for an app then turn around just to have them pay again for a subscription. I seriously want my money back, trust me I won’t do anymore business with this Developer. And I will be sure to spread the word about this scam based app.
