Gliders by Design Mobile Edition

All you need is our software, along with your iPad, scissors, a metric ruler, card stock and/or balsa wood, a little clay, and a bottle of super glue (for card stock gliders) or a hot glue gun (for balsa wood gliders).

Just be aware this is a true learning application that includes authentic glider analyses and predictions; and that it requires a bit more effort to design and build your own gliders that actually fly instead of just being simulated, but the payoff can be well worth it. You will be impressed by how much you can learn; while likely feeling far more empowered and satisfied launching your own designs, seeing how far they glide, and understanding the whole way along the impressive glide why they work so well. The software is already in use at many schools with great success (students 11 years old and up).
