After updated the Glide (using iOS 11.0.1) and I’m unable to delete videos and I am not only one, my friends experience the same thing. I was not able to report bug via app because of buggy but I was able to send a message to customer service instead. I see lots of problems in the app after updated it. I have not heard a reply from them for few days which is not like of them.

The update hasn’t let me reverse the camera. I can’t really use the app. I usually love it!!!

Happy until upgrade - cannot flip camera while recording in groups

I have been HAPPY using this app for years for my family’s group chats. It’s helped make living in different states a lot easier! I would give it a 5 star except I can no longer flip the camera to rear video recording while I’m in the group and I can no longer delete videos!! I Absolutely love this app when it’s working probably!! Please hurry up and fix it! Just started a new group chat at my church and wanted to suggest we use this app. They’ve started using GroupMe. I don’t want to tell the about glide until it’s fixed?

Not happy that it change only landscape for iPad. No choice portrait or landscape. When I videoed myself in portrait where the camera is and send...my friend had to switched to see me videoed in differently posture. iPhone glide is fine where you videoed into camera while not. Problem with iPad.

Return the dates & times

I enjoy using this app. I appreciate being about to prepare the video mag before sending, which makes ending to multiple recipients easy too. During one of the recent updates, the date and times were removed from the messages so you could not see when the messages were sent back and forth. These were helpful for me and thankfully they added this feature back to the app with the new update. THANKS! However a huge negative is that all my messages before two weeks ago have been deleted. They notified us that Store age issues prevented them from keeping all the messages. But now several recent messages were deleted after the recent update. Huge negative for me.

A little sad with changes

I am a little sad that I would have to pay for all my old messages on glide. There were some great moments and I don't feel that what was already recorded should have to be now paid for. Going forward I understand the changes are necessary but I feel that old messages should of been free of charge. Also, this app eats up a lot of battery. The good news is that I live the fact that it connects me with friends and family that I don't get to see in person everyday. Thanks for that at least. Be blessed!!
