I have the 11 ProMax and I’m guessing since there hasn’t been an update that iOS 13 has caused some issues with this app. I no longer receiver notifications and the format in the app is off as I can barely press the camera to record because it’s almost completely off screen. Same goes for the other options like pictures and text. Hoping this changes soon.

I would ordinarily try to talk to the developer directly, but their site has no apparent way to ask for support! On the iPhone 11 the lower bar where you are supposed to be able to tap on things like text (to bring up a keyboard) or the plus sign to let you add an existing picture, well it’s off the bottom of the screen and untappable.

I’m not getting notifications and the place to send messages and videos is off the bottom of the screen and it’s difficult to send any messages. Please fix
