I have completed all the levels on my iPad mini, when will the new levels become available???? Great Game! ☺️

I like the original games but this new version making the format like the king games just illustrates the developer's greed. Where's the update with new levels, I've been waiting for several months now...

I have usually liked this game, but I have had to start over 3 times in the past 2 months. Unlike many others, when you reload the game, you get all your coins and rewards back. Not here! So now, I cannot get even one round played. It stutters and then crashes out of the game. Fix, or I will just play my other games.

I love the glass tower series. My favorite is Glass Tower 3 and have many memories playing it. I downloaded the new one a while back when it was first released and did experience crashes and poor performance however I gave it a break because of a new launch. 1 year or so later I got a new iPhone and redownloded the app to kill some time on the bus. Game works good overall. I don't agree with the force to pay model when you run out of lives etc but times change. My biggest issue after a year of it being out the purchase section still has major issues. I purchased the ad remover for $1.99 and once I paid the game is simply stuck at the store screen and the red X to get back to the game does not respond. Please keep in mind this is not any of Apple interface it's the in-game store I am referring to. So I delete the app, re-download and go to the store to purchase the ad remover again. Apple warns me it has been already purchased and will be restored for free. However after clicking OK to the message the game is stuck at the store and won't do anything. I close the app, kill it in task manager and start it again. I still have ads!!! I also purchased $9.99 in coins too which were also not obtained because the game got stuck at the store page and my card was charged. After 2 attempts to reach out to the developer per Apples request over chat, 3 weeks later I got no response or even an acknowledgement. Overall the experience was very poor and I feel like I was fair on being cooperative and gave them a chance. I would recommend don't buy anything from the in game store. If your ok with the ads then fine and play it free but in general was not a great experience. Good luck all and hopefully the developers can iron out these issues but at this point taste in my mouth for this app is pretty sour.
