An ongoing competition to shake up your world for good, GISH challenges you to put your creativity, compassion, courage, and weirdness to the test. Complete hilarious, kind, artistic, adventurous, or creative challenges to win points and prizes. Play with your best friends, or meet new people from all over the globe who will definitely become your new GISH friends forever, or, as we like to call them, “accomplices”.
In addition to participating in ongoing free challenges in our app, you can also join our annual GISH Hunt. For one week every summer, players team up to compete in an outrageous week-long game where they tackle fun, wildly creative items from a list for a shot at the Grand Prize — an all-expense-paid adventure with your team somewhere amazing (boring places like haunted castles in Scotland, jungles in Costa Rica, Icelandic volcanoes... We’re breezy.).

Our group chat feature allows you to talk to people in your area. Locations are purposely inaccurate (2000 feet proximity) to maintain privacy. Should you want to meet up in person, that’s on you. It’s like a scavenger hunt where the prize is human buddies!

Every time I try to open the app, it immediately minimizes/crashes. I have an iPhone 11 so I don’t know if that’s the problem, it worked for me on my other phone a few months ago. I love the concept and I’ll change the rating once it’s fixed, but for now it’s frustrating

I don’t use the app unless I absolutely have to. It is extremely buggy and lags at really important times. It’s so much easier to just sign up online and get your hunt list online on the official website and only use the app to talk to teammates. But since most of us wind up making a Facebook group or a Clubhouse room with our teammates we don’t even really need the app at all. It’s even difficult to submit items on the app. But there are things that you can only do on the app so we’re stuck with it I guess. I hear that Misha has an upgrade coming so I’m pretty excited about that and if it becomes better I will change my review. Sidenote I absolutely adore participating every year and I highly recommend everyone else to join up if you haven’t already it’s a Lotta fun.

I absolutely love this idea and new platform, but think that it could use some improvement. 1. I think it should notify you when other people tag you in the chat feature 2. I wish you could have seperate one on one chats, because that would be so much easier than sifting through other people’s messages 3. There are problems loading other Gisher’s proximity to me, and it takes a while

The marks from past hunts will live with me forever. Literally. I got a tattoo. This is the best experience I’ve ever had and the app just makes it 100 times better. With you could message people directly and make groups and such, but I guess that’ll be taken care of when teams form

I am unable to login. I tried resetting my password but that was unable to resolve my issue. I was looking forward to this app too.

...on an endless carpet ride. My eyes were truly opened when the world around me was transformed by this magical mystery tour of greatness. This app will not only knit all the sock monkey hats you could ever want, but it can generate your very own sock monkey army of minions! You can rule them all, find them, and in the darkness bind them all without the hassle of polishing an old hunk of outdated jewelry. Man, you can iron out all the details, be the captain of your land, and not have to hulk out trying to be a visionary leader while assembling your teammates. Keeping tabs on the chat doesn’t even require a hawkeye, it tell you when you’ve been mentioned. GISH will keep you living la vida Loki!

I cannot login even after resetting password—twice. Tried clicking on “app support” here but it leads to nothing but an ad. I have to give one star in hopes someone will contact and help me so I can use the app and upgrade the rating.

I made an account and was immediately unable to login. I thought I fat fingered my password so I reset it. It took them 2 days to send my password reset email. I reset it and still get “invalid username or password” when I attempt to login. There is no way to contact any kind of support via the app. The App Store link just goes to their website which has no link to support and even the email they sent me to reset my password has nothing. I would love to try the app but this is really frustrating.
