We all now this app is definatly not the best but The skindex.com has so many skins and u can choose a skin and press download to computer. The skin code will pop up and then u can save it to ur images. And when u click browse on ur skin selecter in pe it will be in ur images. Hope this Helps!

They don't make you but a full version, which is good. But the selection is a bit limited. Hopefully they will increase the amount of skins in another update

The app has only like 29 skins, and NONE of them are freaking good! GET A GRIP AND PLEEEEEAAAAASSSSEEEE DONT DOWNLOAD THIS APP!! 0 STARS SHOULD BE RATED!!
