i used it on my old phone without a problem, got an iphone 8 and it’s crashing and closing when i open my pics and pick certain videos. don’t make sense

Loved this app but recently it has become unusable. It continues to crash and you can’t import any photos/videos.
Not working.

It says “whoops!...looks like you’re trying to upload something weird”. Even though it’s just a video.
Needs to be fixed

Recently I tried to make an edit with giphy cam and whenever I put a picture it says “whoops looks like your trying to import something weird” can you please fix this I’ve never had a problem like this with giphy can before I would love if you fixed this
