GIG does not work

The GIF home made video does not seem to work. I cannot make my own GIF video. Too bad...

So most of us agree this version is garbage. However, you can still use the old keyboard version and sign in to view your Saved and Favorites. You would go to Settings> General> Keyboard> Keyboards > then allow Gif Keyboard Full Access. Afterwards, when you go to text somebody, you switch keyboards to use the Gif Keyboard instead of the iOS 10 iMessage app. If you want to log in, you have to find a gif that was uploaded by someone, and when you tap it to copy it, Gif Keyboard displays their name for a little bit. For example, if you search "Bow ties are cool" and tap on the Dr. Who gif, it'll say it was uploaded by Sir_Pepper. Tap on the name and it will open the Tenor app and from there you can click on the bottom right to log in to an account. Hope this helps!!

Stop requiring that I setup all the bells and whistles just to browse the gifs through your main app. I don't care about using the iMessage app. The keyboard add on is better but I have to setup both just to look at gifs in the app itself. Seriously. Stop that.

iOS update not working

I used to be able to open the app and save gifs and browse the library, see what was trending, etc. Now when I open the app it just tells me to install to the new iMessages. what happened? I liked having an app and being able to browse as I used this method for saving gifs and posting to Twitter. Now I'm going to have to text myself the gif I want and then save it? lol not efficient. Also I followed the instructions in the app and when I open Messages it still doesn't work. Just shows the GiF keyboard logo in the center. I'm not happy with this update. :(

Have chats using only gifs!

This is a great app, but after a month I'm still trying to figure some things out... like if you make a new folder, how do you delete it?... creating your own gifs, etc.

i love it

Great app, but gifs with sound broken

After all the updates post-iOS 10, I discovered today that all my gifs with sound had no preview feature. Worst still, when I sent one to a friend they couldn't hear any sound. Really disappointing. Other than that it's a great app, but this prevents me from giving 5-stars.

After up-dating the app it deleted all of my saved folders of various gifs that I had stored. Took a lot of time and effort to get those set-up. Some serious shenanigans. ?
