Application seems super easy to use. Upset about the price of minutes especially when I thought Alaska was free.

The app did not work and I already tried to get in contact with customer service for the second time but they won’t respond! I just want my $20 back!!!!! There should be a warning if you are unable to connect that there won’t be any refunds! I don’t know about anyone else but $20 is a lot of money!!!!
