This game still need some fix about the bugs....

I enjoy the game, it didn’t glitch out and saying “network is unstable” kind of thing to let everyone know about, both the WiFi and cellular data that I use isn’t. Please deal with that bug please....? I’d like this game but, this game still need to turn back a notch of technical problems.
Good start, rough around the edges.

Was enjoying it until all of a sudden some sort of Network error (not my network) prevents the game from loading. Now I can’t play at all. Get error screen and then white screen.
Is this normal?

Every since I downloaded apples new software 12.4, the game doesn’t open and says network error. Is this a bug that the developers need to fix?

So I spent the last 4 months and over 150 dollars playing this game, I played everyday but a week ago I got a error code that won’t let me back in the game! I tried emailing support begging for help, and yes more then once! Do you think I got a reply, do you think I got help ? No absolutely not no help no game all that money, time, leveling up lost !!! No sorry no hay we can fix this and make things right, nothing !!!!! So don’t bother cause a game with no support is like a Marine without a weapon!

So I downloaded this game a few weeks ago. And I fell in love with it. Catching ghosts, Battling other ghosts. It’s my dream come true! But recently I tried to play but the screen go’s white and says Connection is unstable. I hit ok and it just freezes. Can I please have help. I love this game. And I really want to play it. Besides that it is a great Game! I would totally recommend it.??

All of a sudden this game has gone dark without a word. No updates on their website, no maintenance warning, no notice the game was spinning down, no acknowledgement of the issues, and no responses to multiple Facebook and Twitter messages. This is unfortunate as this game had more potential than Pokemon or Harry Potter. I had just gotten to fight my first bosses last week. Never got to fight Stay Puft, so I feel jipped out of the experience that I invested time into, and they don't even feel like we are worth a simple "sorry"

This was a enjoyable AR game, until a couple days ago when the developers pulled the plug on the game without warning. It’s over, boys and girls. Ironically, we’re the ones who have been “ghosted” here as the developers no longer respond to us.
