It charged me freaking $50 as soon as I downloaded it and it’s “one week free” is a scam. I definitely wish I had read the comments beforehand or I would not have downloaded

I never write reviews, but I felt the need to warn others. I was surfing the web when this pop up came on my screen about a “free” trial of Ghost VPN, now thinking that I got a free week, it still charged me for 1 month which “included” a free trial, but nevertheless will still charge you $49.99 for the package. Not sure if the actual purpose of the app is any good, but based off its predatory nature of tricking its customers, I’d steer clear of this app.

How do I contact support directly? I downloaded this for 15 minutes before realizing it wasn’t for me and I was charged 53 dollars. It also stated it was a free trial anyways but this app didn’t work at all for its intended use for me personally. I need my money back.

They indicate that they give you a free trial and immediately charged me $50 and I cannot get my money back. I had to file a dispute am waiting a refund. I canceled within 1 minute of downloading the app. I deleted the app. I will not do business with a company with business practices like this. I don’t care how well their product performs.
