Has potential, not good for newbies

TAYTAYRAE;)

I really feel like there needs to be more explanation for what everything is and what it does and why it's looking for those particular things. Overall a confusing app that I'm stumbling through teaching myself.

Unsure.

Not real sure if this actually works. Wish it had a camera on it.

My name is Zak Bagans. I've never believed in ghosts until I came face to face with one. So I set out on a quest to capture what I once saw onto video....With no big camera crews following us around, I am joined only by my fellow investigator Nick Groff and our equipment tech Aaron Goodwin. The three of us will travel to the some of most highly active paranormal locations, where we will spend an entire night, being locked down from dusk until dawn....Raw...Extreme...These are our Ghost Adventures.

Damned

Jess Rat

Was literally sitting in my bed by myself experimenting with this app. I was asking questions to see if I could channel my grandfather but the first word that popped up after a long line of static was damned. I mediately shut down the app. scary stuff

Maybe it's Fake

Lingering?

But, as soon as I started it it was fine, but then it said Stomach Hurts. And honestly mine was hurting for a couple days.... spooky!

Bogus

This app is bogus and mostly a parlor trick... it's primary use is to either scare someone or to randomly pull common words, names, and phrases to elicit an emotional and at times, physical response. You cannot formula a sentence with a single word or two words here and there as if you were having a conversation. While EVPs are a possibility, there is nothing in a cellphone that would accurately act as an EMF reader. Phones emit such a low level of magnetic energy and radiation, and while many mediums and other spiritual investigators utilize apps - these apps are often linked to some type of radio program to provide a radio frequency. The first time I used the app, without asking much except sayings brief protection prayer, "Hello, is anyone there?" It responded after 2 minutes with "loss," and then 3 minutes later, "sacrifice." Completely random, and unrelated to my question. I opted to use the device later in the evening and said a prayer of protection and in addition plead the blood of Jesus over myself, my family and my household. Asking that only positive spirits come forward. This is a common practice amongst anyone seeking an EVP, as protection is and important element. Within 2 minutes the bars turned red and said "Threat." I admit I was a little freaked out, stated I was closing any lines of communication, prayed again and turned the app off. Anything negative that saw me as a threat or that wanted to threaten me - is not something I wanted to talk to IF this app were real. So, today I decided to open the app and not say a single word... 2-3 minutes it said "Jada," I know absolutely nobody named Jada. The same amount of time later it said, "Eric." I know absolutely nobody named Eric. Again 2 minutes later it said, "Ripping Apart." These are all such random words, nothing was asked or thought. One thing I notice is the red bars and the tempo and crescendo of the beeping elicits a feeling of urgency which makes the heartbeat race and makes you feel like something is happening. This is a commonly used method in horror movies and music to elicit a feeling is suspense. This is just a parlor trick app to scare your friends or yourself. You cannot say it is true just because a medium or psychic confirmed information... because you cannot also prove what a medium or psychic says is true. Even the most experienced members of the paranormal will state that nothing is absolutely definitive, but many things lend to the evidence of the paranormal or supernatural as they cannot be explained otherwise. Don't put faith in an app that you are talking to your loved ones or guides.

This works too well

okay so

noraskaiiii

me & my roommate, bc we're idiots, tried this app in our apartment, which we suspected was haunted. it detected one word, 'beautiful' so we continued to ask it to show us it was there. literally like 4 seconds later, a painting fell off the wall & we heard knocking & banging. so ya, it works, but don't use it in yalls apartment.

I want to hear from the app creators if this is s bonified tool or party fun. No direction on settings and how to tune. How do these settings affect reads? Once I hear back I'll share my findings to date.
