Wouldn't let me log in, so I tried logging out of my actual snapchat app and then going to log in but wouldn't work, any tips?

It's a good app but it only gives u 3 coins, and then you'll have to buy more... (Only rating for the free 5 coins soooo) 9/1/16 UPDATE; the app worked fine before, but now whenever I try to log in, it's says "failed"...uninstalling this app

It worked amazingly for only a short time and I even paid for more coins. Then one day I couldn't log into it because it says "failed" and I have done this so many times. I want my money back now.
