best thing ever happened to transportation in Armenia, very professional nice and polite drivers, credit card charging is perfectly working and is very convenient.

We used gg extensively during our recent trip to Yerevan. (I felt for the people I saw crammed into Marshrutkas in 100 + degree heat.) The experience was good, though not quite up to what you'd expect from Uber/Lyft. Some of the drivers didn't use their phones for navigation, so it's helpful to know enough Armenian to tell them exactly where you're going. We used the basic service and sometimes the special service (supposedly their top drivers and cars). We also used the larger vehicle service when we returned to the airport. With the special service we always got great cars and drivers, as well as air conditioning (Thank God!), but that was also true at least half the time with the regular service. Sometimes we rode in luxury cars much nicer than what we have at home! gg drivers didn't seem to expect tips, but I always gave them at 100-200 drams because it's so cheap for Americans. One word of warning: if you order a car during rush hour it may be a long wait.

Amazing in so many ways. Whether you’re a tourist in Armenia or a citizen, this app is a MUST! It helps you avoid excessive charges, guarantees a safe ride & all around is a great go-to in this country. As a US citizen, I hated having to stand on the streets to catch a cab (since we’re all so used to Uber), but this app changed everything. Beats Yandex and beats cab-calling. 10/10!

Good service but still needs improvements

Application related - GPS doesn’t work, need to search for current location manually 90% of times - Search searches whole world instead of Armenia or the countries gg works and brings irrelevant results - often you may miss push notifications that the driver has arrived because of the notification sound - the estimate of when the driver will arrive is 80% inaccurate - can’t call or contact driver if you don’t have Local phone number. Add some option to call over wifi or cellular data instead of using mobile provider, less of a problem for locals more important for tourists + great that you can pay with international credit cards, Yandex doesn’t allow this. Bad part is there is no tip option with credit card Service problem - lack of drivers, often you need to wait for 10 or more minutes, sometimes you will not get any driver at all. Talked to several Yandex drivers and 2 problems they have mentioned why they don’t drive for gg is the Sticker that you require and the minimum number of hours to drive. Don’t make me use Yandex because you don’t have enough drivers, give more flexibility to drivers to meet the demand Overall used a lot during the last month. Have some basic problems that can be fixed. Send one of your product managers to Europe to use Lyft or Uber and improve your product

So far I am happy with GG service, much better than other online taxi services. Drivers don’t smoke in their cars and cars look clean.

მოკლედ ისეთი ნელა მოდიოდა, მინიშნებულ ფასზე მეტი გადავიხადე. ანუ დამიწერა 5.70 ლარი და გადავიხადე 6.53 ლარი??‍♀️ პ.ს პირველ რიგში მგზავრებზეუნდა იფიქროთ (და არა ჯიბის გასუქებაზე), რაც მოიტანს მსუყე ჯობეს????
